Kristopher L. Peerali is a Co-founding Partner at Peerali Law. He is a California-licensed attorney representing clients across Los Angeles and throughout the state in personal injury cases.
Kristopher’s primary focus is as a litigation lawyer. He leads the firm’s trial efforts, building cases to prove liability and advocating for clients before judges and juries. Kristopher Peerali is highly sought after in Los Angeles for his work as a catastrophic injury lawyer, where he is brought in by other law firms to lead litigation in complex cases.
Legal Training
Kristopher Peerali was admitted to the California Bar on November 21, 2018 (State Bar License No. 322090).
He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, one of the nation’s leading law schools. While at USC Gould, Kristopher was a member of the Review of Law and Social Justice and also contributed to the Southern California Law Review.
Professional Background
Kristopher started his legal career as an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP where he defended some of the nation’s major technology companies and corporations in both the District Court for the Central District of California and the Supreme Court of the United States.
For his work in IP litigation, Kristopher was selected to co-author a section on the 2018 California Consumer Privacy Act in the California Litigation Review, published by the California Lawyers Association.
What Drives Kristopher
Kristopher was on track to become a leading business litigation attorney, having earned top honors at USC and secured what many consider the holy grail of legal careers: a prestigious position at a major law firm.
But he became disillusioned with the field. He recognised that his skills could save a company millions of dollars – but that didn’t make a life-changing impact on his client’s lives.
Kristopher saw an opportunity to use his litigation experience for a greater purpose: representing victims in Los Angeles as a personal injury lawyer. Kristopher joined one of the largest personal injury law firms in California, where he litigated hundreds of personal injury matters before co-founding Peerali Law in 2021.
Today, through Peerali Law’s contingency fee model, Kristopher ensures that ordinary people have access to world-class litigation services at no upfront cost. He is proud never to have been defensed when taking a personal injury case to trial, and has recovered millions of dollars in client settlements from corporations, insurers, and governmental entities.
Professional Associations & Charity
Kristopher is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), two of the state’s leading organizations dedicated to protecting the rights of injured consumers and promoting access to justice.
He also supports the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC), an organization of legal professionals committed to improving the lives of children, survivors of abuse, and the homeless in Southern California through financial support and volunteer service.
In addition, Kristopher is a member of the Armenian Bar Association, a group of legal professionals that promotes the rights and interests of the Armenian community and works to advance justice through advocacy, education, and pro bono service.
